For over 27 years, we have been producing the classic biotrickling filter reactor, our CLASSIC plant type. With reliable H2S reduction, even at extremely high H2S levels, this plant type is used in biogas, sewage, and landfill gas plants.
Since 2012, we have developed the SulphPur® Bio-wet bed reactor system. In contrast to the Classic system, this type of system requires very little oxygen and is therefore also suitable for use before biomethane processing. Oxygen levels of up to <0.2Vol.% at the outlet can be guaranteed. Additionally, it offers up to 90% energy and water savings compared to a Classic system.
